The Amaryllis is a luxurious residential development set to include the highest residential building in the capital. The gated community offers its occupants the choice between 2 to 5 bedroom apartments with a large array of facilities. This includes a library, sports center, restaurants and a sky-walk structure on the 20th floor.
Scope of Work:
e.construct performed the structural design of all buildings in the project including the highest residential building in the capital. This included both steel and PT design and detailing. Site technical support was provided during construction.
